how can I save software of a pc-1401 on my pc?

is it possible to transfer data to a pc like to a tape recorder? have I made a .wav file?

Hi!

You could connect your PC-1401 with an audio cable to your PC/Mac and record a .wav file. To extract a binary, you can use WAV2BIN. To make a .wav file from a binary, use BIN2WAV.
